Free usage of pool for two persons in every unit and a fee of Php 50 per person thereafter. The building has a laundry shop, coffee shop and an elegant lobby. There are lots of local restaurants nearby serving authentic Cebuano cuisine during daytime and a Market Food Shop open during night time. The condominium is also a few meters away to major banks, BDO, BPI and Metrobank, assuring you access to cash before indulging the beauty of Cebu.
