Mini Private Resort with 5ft Pool and Garden!

The house and pool is exclusive only for the guests, so you will have absolute privacy. It is a studio type house, with one (1) bathroom and one (1) main double bed. Also has two (2) sofa bed. The property is along the road, so expect noise of the vehicles outside. Exact location is at 765 Tungkop Rd. Minglanilla, Cebu across Atlantic Warehouse. We are the perfect gateway if you are planning to explore the South of Cebu but still want to be near the city. The space The lot is approximately 300 sq.meter, and the house is 150sq.m. Not totally high fence. The property is along the road. We have 100mbps wifi internet connection and a 25 inches flat screen tv with Netflix installed. While cooking, eating or chilling or watching tv in the living room, you can always see the view from our beautiful garden. We are at the South of Cebu. Our house is also only 10 minutes away from the hospital, 10 minutes away from the shopping mall (Gaisano Grand), 5 minutes away from the public or local market and about an hour or so from the City of Cebu. ( all by car ) depending on the traffic. It is also 5 minutes ( by car ) away from the public beach resort in our town, and also walking distance from the small convenience stores or sarisari store in our town. We also have helpers to clean the garden and the pool, early morning to maintain its cleanliness. We promise to provide you with the best service and best experience. Looking forward to meet you. Guest access You can relax in our beautiful garden, swim in our swimming pool, cook, and watch tv. We don't serve breakfast. Other things to note The normal nightly rate is for 2 guests only. Additional guests after 2 guests are charge 500/person but maximum we can accomodate are 8 guests only. The price in Airbnb will automatically change on the number of guests booked. We have 1 main double bed, but if you are more than 2 persons, we have two folding mattresses on the living area and we will provide you with extra sheets and pillows. We don't serve breakfast.
