Guest access Clubhouse access to swimming pool with fee Php 150 per pax regular days/ Php 300 per pax during holidays. Swimming pool open from 6am -10pm Purchase pool voucher at Wind billing office at tower5 lower ground floor or you can also buy directly at the clubhouse reception desk. Submit to clubhouse reception your pool coupon in exchange for color coded wristband. This must be worn all the time during the period of stay at the pool area both indoor and outdoor pool. Swimmers not wearing wristband will be ask to leave the swimming pool. Proper pool dress code is also require. At the clubhouse can use following recreational facilities for minimal fee- - Basketball Court, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Billard Table, Table Tennis, Dart Board. There is also mini children’s playground free to use. Guest can visit/access the View Deck on tower 3 free of charge. Open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday n legal holidays from 8am to 6pm. Guards will assist guest going up to view deck. Please follow regulations n restrictions impose by management in the Viewdeck. Other things to note Free unli Internet, PLDT Fibr WiFi, Netflix, Youtube. Guest Pay Parking at Clubhouse parking lot 1 and lot 2. Starting Dec. 2, 2023 a new parking rate was implemented as follows: CAR RATES P30.00 - 1st 3hrs P10.00 - Succeeding Hr P200.00 - Overnight charges from 1:30am cut off 6:00am + Parking Fee MOTORCYCLE (Per Entry) - P20.00 Lost Ticket - P200.00 + Parking Fee - Recommend to still Observe health protocols- wearing facemask when outside the unit, physical distancing and washing of hands. - Use of elevator - no restrictions to its rated capacity max number of persons. - valid ID require on guest for checkin. Local supermarket close at 8pm. No smoking unit including balcony area. No pets allow. Drinking of liquors / beer not permitted. Avoid creating loud noise as a courtesy to your neighbors. NO STOVE for COOKING. Available microwave oven, rice cooker, kettle 2 bath towels provided to guest. Theres a P50 per piece extra charge per additional towel. Checkin time 2:00 pm Checkout time 12:00 noon Strickly Maximum of 4 guest only is allow including infant and children. Guest late check-in after 6pm-8pm have extra charge of P200. P300 after 8pm. Guest to pay direct to caretataker. Our caretaker live outside of Wind Res and the extra charge is for their transportation.
