KRK, small House (apt+studio), 7p

Great for two families. The nice small holiday House 'Žofica' (84m2) and courtyard (grass, trees, stones, cca 900m2) we have for 7 guests, island Krk, in village Skrpčići, good location, but far from the crowds. The beaches (7min. by car) are clean and there are trees with shade. The space Small holiday house 'ŽOFICA' (84 m2) consists of studio-apartment 'Mimoza' on the ground floor and apartment 'Ciklama' on the first floor and they are fully separated. Our private plot is 900 m2 (but one part are stones and stones and stones), and the whole courtyard is for our guests - for playing, resting, making grill and parking cars. Studio-apartment 'MIMOZA' accommodates three people (double bed + single bed), but we have extra bed for fourth guest (extra charge 10 eur), if you need. It has got a small living area with a kitchen, and separate bathroom. But we are happy we have there a big terrace (23m2) for you. It has authentic old stone walls. Apartment 'CIKLAMA' accommodates four people (double bed + 2 single beds), but we have extra bed for fifth guest (extra charge 10 eur), if you need. It has got a living area with a kitchen, separate small bedroom and a bathroom. There is a terrace (8m2) and wou can see another island - Cres . Skrpčići is a small quiet village and it's about 12km from town of Krk which is a central place for all the events that go on, and also has a lot to offer (open concerts, gastronomy, clubbing...). On the island Krk there are many others nice and interesting places (Vrbnik, which is famous for its wine 'Vrbnička žlahtina' and specific architecture, little island Košljun, Malinska, cave Biserujka, ...). Island Krk is called 'the green island' because of it's rich vegetation, and also it's one of the biggest Croatian islands. Guest access Guests can make a grill in the barbicue if they wish. It would be great to announce that you are going to use it, just in case other guests would like so too, so that it doesn't come to overlapping. The yard is pretty big, so children can play there, you can use deck-chairs to have a rest or park your car there (free). Other things to note In our house you will find kitchen items, if you want to cook. Parking is free, in the courtyard. We provide towels and linens for you. In studio-apartman 'Mimoza' we have fan (ventilator), and in apartman 'Ciklama' we have and fan (ventilator) and air-conditioner. Each apartment has its TV. We provide our guests with toiletries: a hairdryer, papers, soap and shampoo.
