Cozy 1-room apartment on the coast

I am renting out a 1-room apartment (39 sq.m.) on the 2nd floor of a 4-storey building. The building is located within a walking distance from the store. There is a playground in the yard. The sea is 7 minutes away. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay and rest (household appliances, cable TV, dishes, linen, towels, iron, hairdryer, ironing board). Transport transfer by agreement. Early check-in is possible by agreement. Please do not smoke in the apartment!
