(Charges as/actuals) The space We welcome you to stay in our penthouse apartment located at Ribandar, Goa. We would love you to consider this apartment as your home away from home. Our priority is to make sure your stay comfortable and a memorable one. Our apartment is a penthouse on the 7th floor overlooking the Mandovi river. It's a fully furnished apartment that consists of 3 bedrooms along with drawing , dinning and a fully equipped kitchen. The caretaker – Madhav gets the apartment cleaned up once in a day and is generally available for any extra work. However he is not available 24 × 7. Our apartment nicely accommodates 6 people, including children. In case of extra guests, we do have extra mattresses. 2 extra people can be accommodated on an extra charge per guest. The entire apartment is air conditioned. There is a full length mirror and cupboard in every bedroom. The master bedroom is actually – 2 bedrooms combined to make one, it also has an attached balcony, a walk in closet and TV. The second bedroom has a common bathroom. The access is thru the passage and is right in front of the bedroom door. The third bedroom has an attached bathroom. The living room has a very comfortable seating with a TV and a huge attached balcony which offers a panoramic view of the Mandovi River and Divar Island. The Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary is across the river leading to guests seeing beautiful birds sometimes passing by. The kitchen is fully functional and has a gas, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, pots, pans, crockery n cutlery. ( You have to get your own groceries .)There is a washing machine and iron with an ironing board in the laundry. You shall have to use your own washing powder. Our caretaker Madhav shall be happy to help you for all your grocery needs, if required. *If you have any domestic staff traveling with you do inform us in advance. So that we can organize a seperate bedding for them. *Please do note that we do not allow drivers to use our apartment or the bathrooms. There is no common facility available for them in the apartment complex either. * The apartment is located in Ribanadar and is - 1) 5 Kms - from Panjim City 2)8/9 Kms - from Dona Paula 3)8 Kms - from Old Goa Churches 4)9 Kms - from Karmali Railway Station 5)20 Kms - from Calangute / Baga beach 6) 27 Kms - from Dabolim Airport * NOTE - We do need govt recognized photo ids of all the guests staying inside the apartment. Kindly mail it to us OR message it to us on our phone numbers before checking in. Guest access Please enjoy the apartment as your home away from home. We wish you a very pleasant stay. Please do make sure to keep the apartment neat and clean thru out the stay. Other things to note Other things to note The domestic helper comes in every day and only once a day at a certain time in the morning. In case you need any extra work to be done please do coordinate with Madhav he shall be happy to help. House Rules 1)Not suitable for pets. 2)Please do send in photocopies OR screenshots of Govt recognised ID s of all the guests staying in the premises on our phone numbers or email. 3)Check-in time is 12pm. 4)Check-out time is 10am * ( Incase you have different requirements for your check in time or check out time please do coordinate with us. If possible we shall definitely accommodate. Incase your checkin time is way before and /or your checkout time far exceeds our check out time an extra charge may apply.) 5)Only guests you have registered with their govt recognized photo ids will be allowed to stay in the apartment. No extra guest will be allowed. 6)While consumption of alcohol inside the apartment is allowed NO loud music or parties. 7)Strictly NO use of drugs or any other substances in the apartment or the apartment premises. Also any guest in an abbreviated state is not allowed inside the apartment complex. 8) Please do switch off lights , fans , A/Cs , TV etc when you are stepping out of the apartment or when not in use. 9) While you can cook your own meals or order food. Please do eat on the dinning table. Please do ensure that you DO NOT DROP FOOD/ DRINKS OR anything else on the sofa or the beds. ( If there are food marks or any other stains kindly ensure that you have it dry cleaned OR pay for the dry cleaning charges. ) 10) While smoking is allowed , we request you to smoke only in our balcony. Kindly do not smoke in any of the public areas of the apartment complex. Do ensure that you extinguish and dispose of the cigarette buds in the ash tray only. 11) Please do keep the house neat and clean during your stay. Kindly do not shift or move the furniture in the apartment. 12) In case any thing is found broken during your stay kindly pay for the same or for the repairs. 13) We have a Jio WiFi connection at home for the guest to use. But please do note that the network in Goa is not consistent and the speed of the network can vary. 14) Please do make sure that you follow our house rules and policies. Do not disturb the residents of the building. 15) Public transport in Goa is not too great. There are no Olas or Ubers in Goa. Taxis and autos rarely go by the meter. So do ensure to organize your own transport for your stay in Goa. 16) Incase of a power cut 1 fan and 1 light shall be operating in every room. The lift in the building shall not operate. 17) Please do not shift the furniture in the apartment. Would also like to request the guests not to move the furniture in the room from its position or take it to the balcony either. If any of the rules are violated we will unfortunately have to tell you to check out of the apartment immediately.
