Located in the idyllic village of Bere Ferres, West Devon, Riverview is a self contained one bedroom apartment, created out of the Eastern end of a bungalow. With views of the countryside and a village quay side just a few minutes walk away on the River Tavy, the apartment is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is perfect for those wanting a country escape to relax and take in the scenery. Two miles from the village is the beautiful riverside walk of Weir Quay which takes you along the River Tamar. The space Riverview is a self contained one bedroom apartment, created out of the Eastern end of a bungalow. This small, self contained, one bedroom/en-suite apartment, has an exclusive outside sitting/garden area. The space in the apartment is ideal for two people, with a cot or z bed if required. Guest access A parking space is always available on the driveway for guests, with parking immediately adjacent to the apartment. A glazed patio door provides the main front door access. There is a key lock box on the wall immediately adjacent and to the right of the sliding patio door entrance. Other things to note The village is situated 3 miles away from Bere Alston, our nearest village, where there are convenience stores including, Spar, Coop, butchers, chemist and post office. Bere Ferrers village has it's own pub which is open Wednesday to Sundays and a social club. St Andrew's church lies just off the centre of the village, overlooking the walk. There are many walks within the vicinity, eg Weir Quay, Bere Alston and the Peninsular Tamar trails.
