The studio includes a main living area, loft queen bed, compact bathroom, desk area, private patio, and a simple kitchenette for coffee, snacks, and light meals. The space This detached 240-square-foot guest studio offers privacy and a cozy tiny-house feel while still feeling open and functional. Guests often mention that it feels roomier than expected. Inside you’ll find: - a spacious main living lounge area - a queen bed in the upstairs loft - a compact bathroom with shower - a small desk/work area - a private patio with bistro table and chairs - AC and fans for warmer days The sleeping area is in the loft and accessed by steep stairs, so the studio is best for guests comfortable with that setup. The kitchenette is designed for simple meals and snacks and includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig and a hot water kettle. Please note that this is not a full kitchen. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire backyard studio and may come and go anytime with self check-in via lockbox. The studio can be reached through the gate beside the main house or via the alley entrance. There is a small, metal outdoor bistro table on the patio with 2 chairs that guests are welcome to use anytime. Other things to note My family lives in the main house on the property, along with our friendly small dog. The studio is its own separate space, but you may occasionally hear normal family activity outside. Please note: - The queen bed is in a loft accessed by steep stairs with no guard rail - The bathroom is compact - The kitchenette is limited to a fridge, microwave and coffee station and does not include a full kitchen - The TV is not a smart TV, so guests should plan to stream on their own devices - Street parking is available This is a great fit for solo travelers or couples looking for a quiet, private place to land while exploring Seattle.
