Lyttel West B & B with spa pool

Tidy little self contained studio unit with a private parking spot just outside, and a private entrance and garden. Comfortable king sized bed with immaculately laundered linen provided. Cot/child bedavailable Situated in Lyttelton West overlooking the harbour. Close to the buzzing town of Lyttelton well known for its Saturday market, unique shops and high quality restaurants. *Dogs welcome with prior approval *Please note the hob/stove top is not operational but we do have a microwave. The space The spa pool is shared and there may be others using it. With prior arrangement we do accept very well behaved dogs, but please note we do not have a fully fenced garden and the dog may not be left alone in the room while you are out. please not there is only a microwave in the kitchen, no stove top. The unit is under the main house and you will hear some noise above you. We make extra effort to keep this to a minimum. Guest access Please drive on up our steep driveway and look for the hand painted signs on the right. Its about the 3rd house on the right. You can park right outside the studio and follow the building around to the sliding doors see the photos. When we know you are coming we will give you a code for our lock box so you can let yourself in. Other things to note WHERE TO GO: Drive up our steep driveway we are on the right look out for the signs and the marked parking spot. Walk around the edge of the house and through the glass sliding doors. Please note of you are unfamilier with steep drive ways or are drivig a 2 wheel van walk up and take a look at it first. It is entirely possible to drive most pasenger sized vehicles up it. However we have had some people unfamilier with NZ driving and Lyttelton streets find it difficult. Note there is no stove top for cooking. You may hear footsteps upstairs from time to time. We will endevour to keep quiet as best we can.
