Bedroom 2: Queen bed with linen and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3: Single bed with linen and pedestal fan. Enjoy a comfortable living area with a cozy slow-combustion wood fireplace in winter, a large open kitchen/dining space, and ceiling fans throughout. The layout includes a separate bathroom and toilet, plus a full laundry with a washing machine and outdoor clothesline. * Outdoor & Pet-Friendly Features * Fully Fenced Yard: Secure 1.5m iron fence around the backyard, featuring shaded lawn areas in both front and back - ideal for pets. Outdoor Living: Relax under the rear verandah equipped with an outdoor dining table, chairs, and a BBQ. Parking: Spacious carport suitable for a large 4WD, plus off-street parking for an extra vehicle, boat, or caravan via the rear gates. * Pricing & Booking Information* Base Rate: Covers up to 2 adults sharing 1 queen bedroom. If you are not sharing and require an additional bed, please advise the host in messages (a $25 linen fee applies). Extra Guests: Additional guests incur a fee of $25 per person, per night. Longer Stays: Stays over 6 days incur a $100 cleaning fee (charged separately via Airbnb). * Amenities & Supplies * Winter Cozying: We provide a starter supply of firewood for the fireplace (with a safety guard stored in the laundry). Extra wood is available to purchase. Starter Pack Included: Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry powder, hand soap, salt, pepper, cling wrap, and foil. Kitchen Essentials: Tea, coffee, milk, and a coffee pod machine with a starter supply of pods. Tech & Connectivity: Strong mobile reception (Telstra & Optus). Stream your favorite shows on the 43" Smart TV using your own mobile hotspot/data (please note: no local Wi-Fi provided). Guest access The shed is the sole area that is not accessible to our guests. Other things to note Wi-Fi is not available at this property. The property is equipped with a 43" smart TV that includes streaming capabilities. Please note that you will need to use your own account and data for streaming services. Television is delivered through VAST satellite TV. The home does not have a DVD player. Telstra and Optus mobile coverage is excellent at this property and throughout the township of Minnipa. When driving out to the Gawler Ranges you will lose phone coverage approximately 3 kilometres past the Minnipa Agriculture Research Centre. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay at Granite Domes without onsite adult supervision. Age ID may be requested.
