Granite Domes - House in Minnipa

A spacious, clean 3-bedroom home in Minnipa, perfect for short or long stays. Excellent Telstra and Optus connectivity. Explore Gawler Ranges National Park and local granite formations. Children and pets can safely roam in the fenced front and back lawns. The space A spacious three-bedroom residence featuring a separate lounge with a slow combustion wood fire and a large kitchen/dining area. The property includes two queen bedrooms and one single bedroom, accommodating up to five occupants. Ceiling fans are installed throughout the house, with a portable fan provided in the single bedroom. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and there is a laundry equipped with a washing machine, pegs and a clothesline located on the back lawn. The back yard is enclosed with a 1500mm high iron fence. Both the front and rear yards have lawns and shaded areas suitable for pets. There is an outdoor table and chairs located under the rear verandah, along with a BBQ. During the winter season, we will supply a limited amount of wood for the fireplace. A fireguard is available in the laundry area. Additional wood can be purchased for a nominal fee. A starter supply of essentials is provided: laundry powder, toilet paper, salt, pepper, paper towels, cling wrap, aluminum foil, coffee, tea, milk, and hand soap. A coffee pod machine with a few pods is available. Mobile coverage is excellent with Telstra and Optus. You can stream on the 43" smart TV using your data. Wi-Fi is not available. The spacious carport can comfortably accommodate a 4WD vehicle, with additional parking space available behind it. The backyard is capable of housing a second vehicle or caravan, although it does not offer undercover protection. Access to this area is provided through the rear gates. A booking for two adults includes linen for one queen bed. Inform us if you need different arrangements; extra linen costs $20 per set. Children under two needing bed linen will incur a $20 fee. A $100 cleaning fee applies for stays over 6 days and will be charged separately via Airbnb. Guest access The shed is the sole area that is not accessible to our guests. Other things to note Wi-Fi is not available at this property. The property is equipped with a 43" smart TV that includes streaming capabilities. Please note that you will need to use your own account and data for streaming services. Television is delivered through VAST satellite TV. The home does not have a DVD player. Telstra and Optus mobile coverage is excellent at this property and throughout the township of Minnipa. When driving out to the Gawler Ranges you will lose phone coverage approximately 3 kilometres past the Minnipa Agriculture Research Centre. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay at Granite Domes without onsite adult supervision. Age ID may be requested.
