The spacious fully equipped kitchen has a dining bench/bar and stools and out from the kitchen a covered alfresco dining area. The cottage sits on a large block with ample space for parking caravans boats etc. Undercover parking for cars is right outside the back door. Pets are welcome (but not on the furniture) Please note the extra large grassy backyard is not fully fenced. All areas in and around the house are available to guests. Entry is via the front door. You will be sent a code for the keypad access. You will not require keys for your stay. Other things to note The cottage is on its own large block of land in a quiet neighbourhood. It is an easy level safe walk to the main street shops and cafes. There is no WiFi currently , but phone coverage for most carriers is normally quite good Supplies can be topped up from either Woolies or IGA if required. Great dining options at any of the popular Hotels, Services Club, Bowling Club with lovely Cransfield, just around the corner, offering guests a free drink with their meal.
