The space The large (250 m²) living area is split into two levels. The top floor accommodates the 4 bedrooms, complete with modern bathtub and rainfall shower. The ground floor is where you will find the exclusive living room and dining area, the modern, open-plan kitchen, equipped with a wide range of household appliances made by Bosch, and a small bathroom. The extremely comfortable living room sofa is perfect for cosy moments. The fully equipped, modern, open-plan kitchen contains everything you need for preparing delicious meals. Your kitchen also contains a fully automated fitted Nespresso coffee maker. And when you have finished, your integrated Bosch dishwasher will clean all of your crockery and cutlery back to perfection. Other things to note Welcome to Alicante - Spains „White Coast“! Alicante is a beautiful city facing the Mediterranean Sea. The spanish city is the capital of the Costa Blanca region and one oft he most important tourist destinations in the Spanish east coast – thanks to the nearby airport (only12 km from the city) which is a short 2 hour flight from most major European Capitals (London, Berlin, Frankfurt, Paris, Milan, Zurich). Alicante is a city of nice surprises. The air of the city is pervaded with the scents of the sea; indeed the city has been an important seaport for many centuries. It offers its visitors shady palm-fringed promenades, impressive plazas built around cooling fountains and beautiful green parks that provide respite from the mid-day heat. Many famous residents have spoken lovingly of the city; in the words of the poet and novelist, Juan Gil-Albert, “Alicante looks uninterruptedly to the Mediterranean". The mild Alicante climate makes beach-life accessible practically all year round, and there are plenty of fantastic beaches to choose from: La Playa de San Juan, with seven kilometres of white sand flanked by a road enabling you to stop wherever you want: La Albufereta, an intimate, residential stretch of sand, protected by the headland of the Serra Grossa, El Postiguet located almost within the city itself, at the foot of the Benacantil mountain, next to the port and Los Saladares, Iying south of the city, in the area known as Agua Amarga. The sands simply never run out in Alicante and is white shimmering. This is the reason why the coast is also called white coast. Panoramic views of the city and sea can be enjoyed from the Castillo de Santa Bárbara, which sits 166m above the beach atop the Benacantil Mountain, which can be reached by road or by using the lift from the Postiguet beach.
