It is a detached, spacious house located just on the outskirts of Naxos town, on the hill of Agios Polikarpos, next to the homonymous chapel. The surrounding area consists mostly of quiet, detached houses with large estates. Guests will enjoy exquisite views from all parts of the home, combined with tranquility, privacy, magical sunsets, and various spots to sit and relax. Air conditioning is available for a comfortable stay, although the house is quite cool, and even during the heat, a cool breeze always blows.A car is recommended for moving to and from the property, which is accessed via an uphill road. It is located 2.5 km away from the port and 4.5 km from the airport. The nearest beach is Agios Georgios beach, which is about 2.5 to 3 km away. This long, sandy beach with shallow waters serves as the town's beach and is one of the most popular and vibrant spots on the island. It is fully organized and lined with cafes, bars, and traditional taverns.Due to the dry weather conditions in the Cyclades, especially during the summer, we need to hand-water our garden every three or four days, depending on the weather.
