Zephyrus Sunset detached house is situated in a privileged enviroment, 2,5km from the port of Naxos, on the hill of Agios Polykarpos. It has a panoramic view of the port, the Venetian Kastro, the Temple of Apollo, and of course, the Aegean sea. It accommodates up to 10 people. Pets are also welcomed. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a spacious lounge with two sofas that can be used as beds. Every room has a balcony with spectacular views. Guests will enjoy the breathtaking sunsets , privacy and tranquility of the privileged location of the house. The house is accessible by car. Α car is essential for moving to and from the house. Other amenities include: air conditioners, solar water heater, WiFi, washing machine, hairdryers, parking area . Guest access Moving to and from the house is by car. An uphill main road 700 metres approximately leads to the house. It is 2.5 km away from the port and 4.5 km from the airport. Other things to note The property was a family house owned by Kiriaki, (kiki) Pittaras. Nowdays, her son Christos with his wife Jenny and sons run the house as a summer holiday home. It is a detached spacious house just on the outskirts of Naxos town, located on the hill of Agios Polikarpos, next to the homonymous chapel. Around the house are mostly quiet detached houses with large estates. Guests will enjoy exquisite views from all parts of the home, with tranquility and privacy, a magical sun set and various spots to sit and relax. There are air conditioners for a confortable stay , allthough the house is quite cool and even in the heat, a cool breeze always blows . Moving to and from the house is by car. An uphill road leads to the house. It is 2.5 km away from the port and 4.5 km from the airport. The nearest beach is" Agios Georgios beach", 2,5-3 klm away from home. This sandy beach with shallow water is actually the town's beach. It is one of the most popular and crowded beach of the tοwn. It is long, and is full organized. Along the beach there are cafes,bars and taverns. Due to the dry conditions in all the Cyclades, especially in the summer, we must hand water our garden, every three or four days, depending upon the weather conditions.
