Very simple but charming and cozy cottage with a long history. 100 m from a lovely beach and swimming from the pier. Overlooking the sea and small marina. Large garden and many nice hiking areas in close proximity. Biking distance to Hällevik and Sölvesborg. The space Rural simple but cozy cottage. Fully equipped. Older bathroom. Guest access All roms except veranda sleeping- room in the winter . Private belongings stored here then, and room quite chilly. Can be used on occasion . Ask ! Other things to note Simple, older bathroom. Limited amount of hot water per shower/occasion. 30-liter heater. The house has mechanical ventilation so air out when you arrive in summer. Wood stove in the kitchen. Damper = knob on top of the stove. Ö = open, S = Closed. There is wood for fire outdoors. Keep Doors and windows shut while lighting
