We have a cosy bedroom complete with queen bed, draws, tv, own double sized shower, basin and toilet. There is also a small kitchenette with cupboard space, bin, knives, all glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery. Toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, microwave and small fridge. All for your own use. We supply linen, towels, toilet paper and some toiletries. The space Hi welcome to your home away from home. You have full access to the kitchen, dining, living, laundry and alfresco area. There is plenty of extra parking out the front of our place. You may smoke but outside only. There is ducted aircon hot/cold but there is also a fan or small heater for use. The bus stop is less than 200 meters down the road which will take you to the Joondalup train station and shopping centre. We are only 35 minutes drive or train ride to the Perth city. The park is about 5 minute walk down the road. We have schools, daycares and a supermarket within 5 mins drive from our house. Joondalup business and shopping centre is only a 10 minute drive. McDonald's is just at the end of our street which is 5mins walk away. We are about a 10 minute drive away from the beach. We are looking forward to meeting new people from all around the world. We have 4 young children so children are more than welcome and we can easily accommodate as we have a cot and could organize a single bed to share in your room. I work fulltime both in the city and from home, Rowan is a stay at home dad so someone is generally always home. We are always available if you just contact us. We have 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs where we sleep with our 4 children. Generally one of us is home as we work opposite shifts around the kids. We are contactable by phone or while we are home. We are happy to spend lots of time showing you the sights around the city and our area. We're always up for a chat and to assist with anything you need.
