The space In the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms , a spacious living room and a chef's kitchen. Also in 1st floor: One full bathroom laundry/storage room, and the doors leading out to the veranda that offers a spectacular vista over the bay. Upstairs,in the second floor, you will find 2 more bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a spacious loft/ sitting area with kitchinette. From the upstairs bedrooms and loft area, you exit in two separate, smaller verandas with even more breathtaking island and sea vistas. Guest access Find ""Fiorella Studios" next door, for a splash in their crystal-clear, immaculately kept pool. Free access, provided that you order anything from their bar (from breakfast to snacks or afternoon cocktails.). You will find the quality exceptional and the prices extremely reasonable. (Villa Kalokeri is not associated with Ilias Studios: they are our long time neighbors and very accommodating to our family and guests). Remember that Skiathos is to be appreciated through its swimming beaches and bays .Put that rental car to work and savour all 56 of them. If you don't feel like driving, the beach of Mikros Vassilias is located at the foot of the hill, a 10 minute walk down (or up) the road, or hiker's path. A bustop is also located just down the hill to take you to Skiathos Town, or to the main beaches along the island's one main road, all the way to Koukounaries -and back. Other things to note If you are NOT comfortable with driving a narrow, uphill country road for a distance of 500-800 metres ,please think again about requesting this property. Our area is safe, private and enthusiastically appreciated by both residents and visitors.
