It offers room for 8 people; the ground floor consists of sitting room (wood burner), dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, twin bedroom, separate bathroom (shower over bath) & lavatory. An open staircase leads to the first floor with a twin bedroom, 2 double bedrooms & shower room with lavatory. Private parking for 3 cars along side spacious grounds. The space The bungalow was a much loved family home, now used for family holidays. Originally part of Trevispen farm, a working dairy farm, which has now been absorbed by other farms. Located in Trispen, a village with shop, post office, church, chapel, sports and community centre. This working village is a charming base for your Cornish holiday. Cornwall offers many opportunities for activities for all the family. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, including garage and grounds, apart from the owners locked store room on the ground floor. Keys accessed from a lock box.
