Cosy double bedroom & own bathroom

Our quiet street is a 20 minute walk to Twickenham Rugby ground and a 10 minute walk to the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance. We are close to Kew Gardens, Syon House, Osterley House, shops in Richmond and a short walk to Twickenham Studios and the cafes and bars in Isleworth & St Margaret's. We are 5 minutes walk from a pleasant stroll along the towpath of the River Thames into Richmond and Twickenham. Ham House and Hampton Court are both a short drive away. Guest access Guest will have their own lovely bedroom which includes a double bed, space to hang clothes and a chest of drawers. In addition they have the use of a small room next to the bedroom for use as a study or luggage room. There is a kettle and small fridge for guests but no cooking facilities. The bathroom, with a spacious shower, is for the exclusive use of guests. There is free Wifi in the bedroom and access to a delightful garden. During your stay We are happy to offer guests advice and suggestions but equally willing to let them discover London and our lovely neighbourhood for themselves. Guests should know that we have had both Covid vaccines and the Booster. We cannot accept guests if they have Covid symptoms or have tested positive for Covid 19. Other things to note In accordance with Airbnb rules, please note there is a Ring doorbell at the front door which alerts us to visitors and records when activated by motion on the path leading to the front door. This is on 24/7 and we can access recordings at any time. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the property or back garden. Heathrow airport is a 20 to 30 minute car journey away and it is possible that on occasions there will be some noise from flights into LHR.
