The space The villa is arranged on two floors connected by a scenic staircase placed in the living room, there are three double bedrooms with air conditioning, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, suitable to accommodate 2 adults per room, in particular the rooms on the first floor the beds can also be arranged separately, as double rooms, (normally there is a total max of 6 people in the villa). There are also two toilets, one on the ground floor with a bathtub and the other on the first floor with shower, and an equipped kitchen on the ground floor. There is a large living room on the ground floor. Outside there are terraces, of which the largest of about 50 square meters is equipped for the barbecue with tables and chairs, there is a garden that continues along a viewpoint on the mountain side from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of all of San Vito lo Capo. Guest access I am at your disposal at no additional cost 2 well identified parking spaces in the common entrance area shared with two other villas where there are other dedicated parking spaces (from June to September all the streets of San Vito have blue stripes with paid parking spaces) Other things to note The villa is 150 meters from the center and 100 meters from the beach (Costa Gaia tourist port side - beginning of Via Savoia) it is located on a promontory with respect to the village and can therefore be reached by an uphill road.
