Originally a macadamia orchard, it is being very gradually re-forested and developed into a peaceful, natural retreat. Only 20 minutes from Sunshine Coast Airport. 🌿 It's a very secure property, on a gated acreage, accessed with a Bluetooth phone app and the code we send you. The perfect place for a BBQ. With a very large covered deck, air-conditioning and a great kitchen. Bedroom 1: This air conditioned forest-view bedroom sleeps two in a luxurious king size bed - covered in gorgeous Sheridan linen, and features a 50" Smart TV. This bedroom connects to a stunning full outdoor bathroom - with views to the forest and stars from the bath (Bathroom ONE). Bedroom 2: This AstroBoy room sleeps up to four people: One super-comfortable Queen Size bed plus a King-Single Size bed which has an equally good roll-away bed underneath (this has fold up legs so it is raised from the floor if in use). This bedroom has a 65" smart TV and is just a few steps away from it's fully appointed indoor bathroom (Bathroom TWO) The well-equipped and practical air-conditioned kitchen has a very large fridge / icemaker. The kitchen has pure rainwater - filtered with an A-Class three-stage UV filter/treatment system for detoxifying drinking and cooking, a 5 burner gas cooktop with extraction fan, microwave and steam oven. It adjoins luxurious indoor and outdoor dining areas with smart TV, streaming music system and casual dining area. The vintage record player and amplifier are Luxman, a sought after mid 70's Japanese and the record collection is big and diverse. Unlimited fast WiFi throughout - everyone can stream and scroll 24/7 We provide a bath towel and a hand towel for each guest, and ample bath mats. Guest access This is a secure gated farm with access only by code. Parking is in a 2 car carport with a concrete floor, it is connected to the house by an undercover walkway - perfect in rainy weather. There is a flat, grassy area to play in near the house, and heaps of space to park a boat trailer or other vehicles. Please ask first!!! There are other guests and families on the 45 acre property - each carefully placed in their own private space. We advise that you do not bush walk here without talking to us first.
