It is part of a residential home, but designed for short term stay with a private entrance and courtyard. It is beautifully styled inside and has a comfortable queen bed, TV, fan, heater plus a clean bathroom with separate toilet. The kitchenette has enough space for food prep and has a small fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, sink and crockery and cutlery and glassware. Unfortunately, it is not suited for babies or children and no third person is permitted. Located in Dunsborough Lakes, it is centrally located and fabulous budget accommodation. Guest access With a private entrance and courtyard, you will have private access to the bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. No shared/common areas other than the driveway. Our home is in a residential area and thus, we have neighbours with kids and dogs that sometimes play outdoors, especially over school holidays. If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, then we advise not booking over school holidays when the kidlets are most active.
