Maravites Cottage

This is a fully restored old stone house of 1896, in a small agglomeration known as Livadia. Situated in a Twenty-six acre field looking down to a small olive grove and Livadia (meadows) area. Accessible by car with its own parking space, 10 minutes from Adamas port and from airport will take you less than 10 minutes. Place can also host 2 more persons to sleep on the angular sofa (upon request) The space The house was used as an accommodation for families and workers during the olive harvesting. It was fully renovated in 2015, maintaining its tradition and characteristics and is an ideal place to relax and refresh. It has two caves, one of which, the big one, is used as a unique bedroom and the other as a wardrobe. Place can also host 2 more persons to sleep on the angular sofa (upon request). There is an equipped kitchen with stove and refrigerator in an open floor plan including the living room area. The closest village is Zefiria, but port of Adamas is less than 10 minutes away by car and has what you need for your stay such as supermarkets,grocery stores, pharmacy and pastry shops with local products. From Adamas driving further 8 more minutes, is Plaka, the capital, a beautiful village, which also has the medical center. Driving to the airport will take you less than 10 minutes. Closest beach is Agia Kyriaki a magnifisent place and hosts a canteen and sun loungers and umbrellas. Bit further is Paliochori beach with taverns, canteen and water sports. Upon arrival the house will be clean and beds made and spare clean sheets and towels are always available. If you wish someone to keep the house clean for you and change the bed sheets and towels during your stay, please let us know in advance so we may have enough time to arrange it for you.
