Enjoy a comfortable bed, with hotel quality linen, a well-appointed bathroom, double glazing for warmth and quiet, and a small covered outdoor deck with views of Bluff’s busy shipping and fishing channel. Free WiFi & Smart TV. RUA at Bluff is located 25 minutes from Invercargill near the Stewart Island Ferry Terminal and 1 km from Stirling Point. The space Two identical studio units each with rear entrance and large ranch-slider doors at the front to make the most of the stunning views! Free parking at the rear of your unit. Your unit is situated behind your host's home (our home is more prominent from this studio - but definitely doesn't block your views of the water!). We offer a slightly reduced room rate for this studio as a result. We like to let you get on with your visit uninterrupted and independent of us. We are just a text message away if you need anything. Guest access Guests access the unit completely independently. The lockbox has your key - and you can come and go as you choose. Guests can access the unit from the front ranchslider or the rear door at the back of the unit. Other things to note EXTRAS! We love to look after people through food. So we have added light breakfast options for guests to purchase. There is no pressure at all to order - however many guests have either asked for it, or said it was a helpful service. Check out the options / prices in the photo gallery. See your Guest Manual in your studio for details and payment. We can provide an additional bed and bedding if required. We have a hotel quality, comfortable, single trundler bed with extra linen/duvet/pillows etc - that we will leave in the room for you to make up when you need it. If you are travelling with family, a work colleague, or friend, and the one queen bed maybe not quite right for your needs, this gives you more options. There is a $40 per night charge for this option to cover extra linen, laundry, and cleaning costs. If you require the extra bed, EVEN IF THERE ARE ONLY TWO OF YOU, please select the 3 GUESTS OPTION in your booking to ensure the bed is available for you. We can also provide a portacot for babies/infants. Please request this at the time of booking as it is subject to availability. We provide cot sheet, cot mattress protector, and a cot duvet (all freshly washed after the previous use).
