Surrounded by fields and open countryside, the house is set within walled and gated grounds of 1 hectare with heated salt water swimming pool. Offering stylish and extremely comfortable living including wireless internet connection with living/dining room of 55 square metres. There are 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 16 people. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a set of bunk beds. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed and a double bed. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 5 has a double bed, a single bed and fixed cot. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor and bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 along with the living accommodation are on the first floor. There is an en-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower, wash basin unit and wc. The property as 2 further bathrooms. One has a separate shower cubicle, double wash basins and wc. The other bathroom has bath with shower over, wash basin and wc. There is also a separate wc with wash basin in the house. The modern kitchen has an electric oven/gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, 2 coffee machines, toaster and lots of crockery and utensils. From the kitchen doors open on to a balcony with outdoor tables and chairs. The living room as 2 large settees, 5 lounge chairs. WIFI connection, TV with Sky, DVD and music centre, large desk with chair. The dining part of the living room has a large elegant dining table with 8 chairs and a separate dining table with 4 chairs, sideboard and bookcase. All the luxury bed linen and towels are included. We also have 2 high chairs and 2 further cots. La Belle Echappee's accommodation is equally suited to family holidays or groups of friends. An abundance of country walks and cycling routes are situated around the property. La Belle Echappee has a gated driveway with ample parking for several cars. The 10x5 metre pool has roman steps with an average temp of 28 degrees and the salt water system is much kinder for the skin and eyes. At the side is a solar heated shower. Sun loungers, chairs and small tables surround the pool. Two large patio tables with an abundance of chairs are in place for alfresco dining along with two gazebo's and 2 rattan suites for relaxing by the summer kitchen. The summer kitchen has a sink and cupboards, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dome at the front offering further protection from sun and rain and a large gas plancha plus a charcoal BBQ. Here there is also a toilet and washbasin ideal access from the pool and is where the washing machine and clothes airer are located. Large lawn areas are suitable for all outside games, with nets and all the equipment for football, badminton, volleyball, tennis, basketball, boules, croquet and an outdoor table tennis table & bicycles are provided. Close to the pool is a play area with swings, slides and a climbing frame. All areas outdoors are on level ground.
