Picenin is the ideal apartment for an inexpensive and independent stay in one of the most famous and typical Venetian areas of the city. Supermarket, bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds nearby. CHECK-IN: Entry, with assistance from our staff, is scheduled from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. It is also possible to arrive after 7:30 p.m. by organizing, in advance, an independent and free check-in (self check-in, which must be organized and agreed with the property). CHECKOUT: the facilities must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. Luggage storage is available at our office for a fee (€6.00 per piece of luggage). Visitors/guests not included in the booking are not allowed. No loud noises are allowed after 9:00 p.m. and before 9:00 a.m. Parties are prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our facilities. Our accommodations (apartments and/or rooms) are offered on a simple tourist rental basis without the provision of any service, according to art. 27bis of the Veneto Regional Law 11/2013.
