You will have stunning views of the ocean with mountains in the background and can enjoy some amazing sunsets from the large balcony that overlooks the swimming pool. The Condo is located at the exclusive Anvaya Cove Golf & Beach Club in Morong, Bataan. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a Queen size bed with an additional pull-out bed, providing accommodation for a total of 6 people. We also have an additional 2 pull-out beds in the lounge and the couch is designed for a further 2 people allowing us to accommodate 10 people in total. The condo is furnished to a high standard and is self contained. It is situated in a prime location that offers breathtaking views of the ocean and is a wonderful spot to enjoy the amazing sunsets. The condo also overlooks the swimming pool. The lounge is equipped with a Flat screen TV with Netflix and 50MB WiFi. Upon arrival we will try to accommodate an early check-in if possible. However, if we have prior guests checking out then 2pm will be the earliest we can check you in as we need to clean and prepare the condo, although you may still use the facilities at Anvaya as soon as you arrive. Check out of the condo is 11am on your day of departure. We will also try to accommodate a late check-out if possible but this will depend on other bookings. Please inquire regarding free guest passes as these will depend on availability. For those without a free guest pass Anvaya's daily club pass fees will apply, which is 1,500 per person per day. This will be payable direct to Anvaya on arrival. Infants are classified as under 1 year old. Normal rates apply for all those over 1 year old. The guest passes are applicable for the day of arrival only, unless otherwise agreed. If you do not intend to use the club facilities on any given day, there is no need to pay the daily guest fees to Anvaya and you may still use the pool at the condo. Guest access If you have a guest pass you will be entitled to access the beach, all restaurants, all swimming pools, sports complex, gym, basketball & tennis courts, water sports and all other facilities. Some of the facilities such as motorised water sports etc. may carry an additional charge. Those without guest passes are still able enjoy the condo infinity pool. However, without a guest pass you will not be be able to make purchases at any of the club outlets/restaurants nor will you be able able to use any of the club facilities such as the beach etc. All purchases, meals etc. are charged to the Anvaya Cove charge card, which you will receive on arrival, and must be settled at the reception at the end of each day. Use of the Golf Club at Anvaya is available for additional fees paid directly to the club, but please note it is restricted to members only on weekends & holidays and is closed every Tuesday for maintenance Please enquire for latest cost of green fees etc. Other things to note Please ensure the A/C is switched off when you are not in the Condo. Please be mindful of the house rules: No Smoking Inside No Pets No Parties Cooking is permitted in the condo but we do ask that you return the kitchen to the level of cleanliness to that which you found it during check in. Should it not be in a reasonable condition Php2,500 will be charged against your security deposit for the additional time we will need to get the kitchen back to a condition where we can check in the next guest. Please also be reminded that cooking smelly food like fish (shrimp, crabs, dried fish etc.) is also strictly prohibited and will also attract a Php2,500 penalty- foul odors linger in the condo and are not fair to the next guest occupying the unit. Unfortunately Anvaya do not allow us to issue free passes during Super Peak periods. These are: Holy Week Christmas & New Year period (24 Dec - 3 Jan) All Saints Day and 2 days either side (31 Oct - 2 Nov)
