1800’s country cottage | Trentham | pet friendly

Welcome to my cosy late 1800’s cottage in the heart of Trentham, just 20 minutes from the equally appealing towns of Daylesford, Woodend and Kyneton. The pet friendly 2 bedroom cottage is set within mature fully enclosed gardens. In true Airbnb style, this really is a home away from home. The space Living room The spacious living room has a large TV, DVD player and stereo. There's a large wood burner which heats the cottage, and we provide unlimited red gum wood for use during your stay. There's a reverse cycle air conditioning unit in this space, and plenty of books, board games, blankets and toys for smaller children. Dining kitchen The dining kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary pursuits. It has a 5 burner gas stove, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and a basic stocked pantry you are welcome to use during your stay. Bedrooms There are two bedrooms at opposite ends of the cottage. Both have queen beds which are supplied with laundered linen. The beds have electric blankets to keep you warm on the cooler Trentham nights. TV’s are available in both bedrooms, and there are closets which provide hanging space. Please note there is no heating in the bedrooms. Bathroom / WC The house bathroom has a vintage claw foot bath and large enclosed shower. Bathroom essentials are available for your use. There is also a separated toilet. Laundry The laundry is set up with a washing machine and sink. Outside Fully fenced and enclosed, the garden is shaded by a variety of deciduous trees. It has a private undercover seated area at the back of the cottage with a large table which can seat 8 along with a fire pit for the cooler nights. The garden also has a cubby house and wood storage. Guest access Guests have access to the whole cottage, aside from one bedroom which has been locked to store personal possessions. Other things to note All linen (beds/towels 1 per person) are provided.
