Kookaburra Place - spacious 2BR, wi-fi, parking

Situated in Sydney's leafy Upper North Shore, Kookaburra Place is a fully-equipped self-catering garden apartment with private patio and garden. There are two stylish bedrooms with queen-size beds. One extra guest can be accommodated on a single sofa bed in the living area (fees apply, please enquire). Guest access is via private entrance. We live upstairs so we're available for answering queries, but if it's absolute privacy you're after we respect your space. Your home away from home! The space Kookaburra Place is a spacious self-contained apartment on the lower level of our home. You have exclusive access to the apartment with your own private entrance, patio and garden. There are no shared spaces but you may occasionally see us in the parking area. Your accommodation consists of two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. One additional guest can be accommodated on a single sofa bed in the living area (suits child or smaller adult). Open plan lounge, dining, kitchen lead out to your private patio where you can relax at the end of the day and enjoy the birdlife that visit the garden. Also a great spot for morning coffee. Gas BBQ and utensils are provided. Look out for our beautiful kookaburras, but please don't feed them. There's parking space for one guest vehicle with additional parking on nearby streets. Across the road is Lane Cove National Park, offering bush walks ranging from very easy to slightly more challenging. Bring your walking/hiking shoes and escape into nature! Guest access You have exclusive and private access to the two bedroomed home, with your own entrance and patio. There are no shared spaces. There are 15 steps down to your front door, but the privacy and bush views are so worth it! If you need help with your bags, please ask. (Unfortunately the property is not suitable for guests with mobility concerns) Other things to note Basic pantry items are provided: salt, pepper, herbs, tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Long stay guests: - Clean linen and fresh towels are provided weekly - Initial pantry and bathroom supplies are provided for your convenience, thereafter it's self-catering Fold out sofa bed available for one additional guest (suits child or smaller adult). Extra guest fees may apply. Laundry: - there's a washing machine in the apartment and an undercover clothes line outdoors - for those rainy days there's an indoor drying rack and a small dryer - iron and ironing board supplied - dry cleaning at nearby shops Mid-stay cleaning is available on request, fees apply.
