Due to the fact that the building is a listed landmark building of Limassol, the windows of the apartment are single glazed. Please consider these details prior to making a reservation as we will not accept any refund requests because of noise etc. * Electricity is included in the price for 15kWh per day which is more than sufficient for usage of all appliances at the property including airconditions.
