Marlin Court Motel

Marlin Court is an affordable family-friendly motel only 3 minutes walk from the beach and an easy stroll to cafes, restaurants, kayak hire, the jetty or the center of Paihia. Guests find our units clean and spacious. There are studios, one bedroom apartments and two bedroom units to choose from. Please advise us if you need to be downstairs (studio or one bedroom). The upstairs rooms are not suitable for very young children. All units have their own bathroom. The studios and one-bedroom units have kitchenettes. The 2 bedroom unit even has an oven. Linen and kitchen utensils are supplied. Bring your beach towels and enjoy the pool or the beach. Perhaps bring your tennis rackets too and hire the court next door for just NZD15. Plenty of free carparking. Parking for boats on request. Unlimited free Wi-Fi (fiber). The TVs come with various options. Apps include Freeview Streaming TV, TV on Demand, Maori TV, YouTube and you can use your account for: Sky Go, Netflix, Disney etc. We hope to see you soon! Ruth & Brodie Stopforth (new owners since December 2020) These are located on the ground floor with enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, The main bedroom has 1 queen-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single-sized beds and a roll-away bed.
