My place is unique because of it's central location to Wine Country & major Bay Area highways, incredible view, swimming pool, comfort & amenities. The space This is a large modern executive 2 story home in the California Craftsman style architecture. Spacious living areas, 5 bedroom/3 bath home with heated Swimming Pool & Spa, expansive backyard views of American Canyon, Napa, Sonoma Valleys. Large nearly fully stocked gourmet kitchen, many amenities including washer & dryer, Comcast Wi-Fi and TV, there is a nice family park down the hill with a small walking trail. We would need to talk about specific details as each guest visit is designed to their preferences. Smoking is only allowed outside in the front yard. I absolutely cannot allow pets as I am allergic to animals. There is plenty of street parking and the driveway is available. This house is in a quiet suburban upscale family neighborhood. Many restaurants, grocery stores & shops are nearby as well as several main attractions & wine country are within minutes of the house. There is public transportation to go everywhere within walking & biking distance and a ferry goes from nearby Vallejo to San Francisco and back daily. A car is most helpful though for this area. Perfect for couples & small families visiting the area. Centrally located near all major freeways. 35 minutes drive to San Francisco by car (no traffic times), 60 minutes by ferry. 5 minutes to 6 Flags Discovery Kingdom or Hiddenbrooke Golf Club. 15 minutes to downtown Napa and beyond. I normally do not heat the swimming pool in the winter time as it is so cold and people don't use it. The built in jacuzzi spa can be heated and used year round! And thanks in advance for realizing this is my home and not a hotel. WE HAVE A STRICT NOISE LIMIT especially at night after 9:30pm. This house is not to be used for large parties. It is more just of a nice place to stay & relax:) Thank you for respecting our neighborhood rules. Minimum price for weekends year round is $600 and up per night. High season rates for spring/summer May - October is $600 and up per night. Bottlerock weekend will be a flat price of $1,000 per night for a mimimum of 4 nights and a maximum of 8 guests. All guests must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated and be able to show proof. I am fully vaccinated as well as my cleaning person. My goal is to offer 5 star service to 5 star guests.
