Comfy, quiet room near the Prince Charles Hospital

Our home is a 3-bedroom home, based in a hilly suburb. Your breezy room has a king single bed, fan, air conditioning, hanging space and desk and chair. It is clean and cool. A pizza restaurant is at the bottom of our street. A 5-min drive to Prince Charles Hospital, a 30-minute bus-ride into the city, or a 20-minute drive to the Brisbane airport. We are near to bus stops and a 15-minute walk to Stafford City Shopping Centre. We are a relaxed and friendly couple. The space There are 3 bedrooms in our home but we use one as an office. You will be the only guest. We live on a hill and there is a semi-steep drive to walk up then some stairs. Guest access You have access to the kitchen, back deck and laundry and garden. During your stay We are happy to help you out with suggested places to visit, favourite eating places and bus routes. Other things to note We do dog sit and so we may have some dogs staying with us when you visit. If you are allergic or frightened of dogs, our home is probably not suited to your needs. We recently installed air conditioning. If you would like to use it, please close the windows. We would appreciate you turning it off when you leave the house. We do not have fly screens, so you will get the occasional bug flying in when the windows are open. The room is mostly very breezy, so open windows and the fan are enough for most of the year. The air con is just for those really hot days and nights and cold winters.
