Juergen & Friends Residence (directly at the sea)

At my place you can relaxe and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the big city and really let your mind wander. Do you love to be at the sea side, close to nature, the presence of friendly people and is one sunset not like all sunsets to you, than you come to the right place. The space The offered 50 m² Private Room consists of one 25 m² Living Room, one 20 m² Bed Room and a 5 m² Bathroom with cold and hot shower. The rooms are furnitured and part of a house with five Private Rooms. The house, in which the Private Room is located, is made of wood with a so called "Cold Roof". It was built with the tropical temperatures in mind. It reflects the tropical temperatures to a maximum. The insulation in the ceiling of the underlying rooms is responsible for the good climate in the room. The wood makes sure, that the heat of the day will not be stored in the bricks of some walls. This insures a perfect climate in the night without having to use an air condition. I live here since four years and there was never a night I could not sleep because of too high temperatures. All rooms and shared areas are equipped with ceiling fans. There is a safe with a mental closure. Only you know the right combination. Windows and doors are sealed by mosquito screens. One extra 5 m² storage is available in your apartment for your laguage. Very interesting for long term stays. We provide hot water in the shower. On black outs we have our own electric generator. Guest access The shared areas are located behind the main house and are all shaded by a Cogoon Roof except of the garden. The special design of the house garanties, that these areas are cooled down by the refreshing air breeze coming from the sea. The shared areas are like the following: 60 m² kitchen, 35 m² eating area Herb garden Garage for motorcycles Laundry area 300 m² garden 100 m² terrasse facing South with a 180° view A small but very refreshing infinite pool located on the terrace Sunbeds Outside Shower and more... You can reach the ocean directly from our terrace. An outside shower with sweet water and blinds for your privacy is available for our guests. If you prefer the beach, you find two natural sandy beaches in 1-3 minutes walkway distance. All beaches in The Philippines are public. Other things to note This place is a quiet place directly located on the shore. Because of the exposed location directly at the sea it might happen, that the terrace is not useable, if a typhoon is heading our way. The Entrance to Juergen & Friends Residence is via the FloWer Beach Resort and the beach possible. Free phone calls, land line and mobile to whole Europe are available. The internet is accessable via WiFi on the whole campus. We provide hot water in the shower. On black outs we have our own electric generator.
