Light and airy, large, funky loft room with ensuite bathroom (shower) in brilliantly located Victorian townhouse. 15 minutes walk from the City Centre, 30 mins walk from the Royal William Yard and right next to Victoria Park. No couples. Bookings for single females preferred. The space The loft room is large, airy, spacious and quiet and feels completely self-contained so you can relax in peace. I provide a kettle, tea and coffee, fresh cotton sheets and towels. I work part-time and from home as a freelance writer, so I'm around if you need any information about places to go. My son (in his twenties) sometimes here when visiting but well house trained! Guest access Access to kitchen not available but there is a small fridge, kettle and microwave in the room.
