The apartment overlooks the walls which you can get by only one walk. It's sited in a very bright and well serviced position, with rental bike shops, bus stops, traditional food and vegetables shops around the corner. PRIVATE and FREE PARKING SPOT included, a spacious TERRACE with UMBRELLA is perfect to relax! Please note that there’s a lounge restaurant down the street so you could hear some lounge music or chatting until midnight summertime. It’s completely regulated by our laws. The space VARENNE is a first floor apartment ( 14 steps from the floor) part of a restored small building, once "LE SCUDERIE della CAVALLERIZZA" of Lucca, the whole place outside is lovely thanks to the bright of the sun, the sight of the walls just in front of you, and the terrace on the back side is very nice even if you could see from there, some others guests living in the contiguous apartments, TORNESE the next one but the terraces are separated by some vegetation each other so that the privacy is assured for everybody! RIBOT the last one with only a balcony right over Osteria Miranda. Please note that the apartment is located above OSTERIA MIRANDA and it could happens to hear some longue music during the weekend especially in summertime until midnight. Guest access The whole apartment is for you and also the PRIVATE PARKING spot, which you may use easily by the remote control and access to the automatic gate from Via dei Carrozzieri. There is also the laundry at your disposal on the ground floor which is the only shared place with the two others apartments: TORNESE and RIBOT, and where you will find the wash and the drying machine which you may use every time they are empty. You will also find your private iron and iron board inside the laundry. There is also the pedestrian access to the car parking, from the main entrance on the right side you can pass trough the old wooden door using the big old key which every apartment owns. Our car park is the first one closed to the canopy. Other things to note - Please note that the house is located in a car driving reserved area where you cannot access without being registered in advance, for this reason YOU WILL BE REQUIRED to send us the NUMBER of YOUR CAR PLATE + FULL NAME OF THE DRIVER LICENCE in advance before arrival. Remind that the PERSIMISSION DOESN'T ALLOW YOU TO PARK INTO THE YELLOW LINES (ONLY REISDENTS or into THE BLUE LINES without PAYMENT.. - CHECK IN TME : 3 pm to 7 pm - CHECK IN LATE: is possible until 22pm on request and by on payment €30 by cash upon arrival. - SELF CHECK IN: Is always possible . - AIR Conditioning, Heating & Electricity are INCLUDED.
