You can enjoy free unlimited High Speed internet. The space Other than its prime location, right in the heart of the city, it provides attractively appointed, modern facilities. Our unit has 43sqm space. And it is fully furnished with queen size bed, sofa bed at the living room, smart television, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. We also have our own Parking space that guests can use for free. The condo itself is a walking distance from local restaurants, bars and shops, supermarket and convenient for the station, hospitals, universities and airport. Guest access You can get access to any of the amenities in the condo, but some of them required reservation. ☆Please note that ID is required upon checking in. You have to show it to the security once you arrive the premise. ☆Visitors are allowed to come but they need to show their ID’s as well. Other things to note Please respect the condo like your own home. ☆Anything damaged will be reported to Airbnb and request to be reimbursed by guest. ☆Please turn off lights and Air condition when you leave the unit. ☆Absolutely NO PARTIES inside the unit. ☆Absolutely NOT allow to put adhesive of any kind on the wall. ☆NO unauthorized guest allow in the unit without prior approval. ☆Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the unit. ☆Make sure to leave the unit CLEAN. ☆If anything break, spills, stains, etc. A FINE of Php1000 will be charged. As we need to make arrangement in cleaning the unit, please note that there will be additional cost of 500 pesos/ hour for late check out. *For long term stay (stays more than 25 days), the tenant will need to pay the electricity and water bills (beyond the utility cap set by the host - 4000 pesos for ELECTRICITY and 1000 pesos for WATER) Additional Fees: Late Check Out: Php 500.00/hr Lost Keys: Php 2000.00- Lost remotes: Php 1000.00- Spilled or Stained or any damage on the bedsheets: Php 1500.00- Broken Utensils: Php 300.00- each Fine for Smoking: Php 5000.00-
