Welcome to Vallons Gersois! Our estate of 3 cottages nestled in the countryside, on 3500 m² of land with swimming pool. Here, no Wi-Fi or TV… but a swimming pool, shaded terraces, evenings under the stars and the singing of frogs at nightfall! 10 minutes from Marciac and its famous jazz festival, 15 minutes from our family restaurant in Mirande, and close to lakes, trails, typical villages. Change of scenery guaranteed! The space 🏠 The estate: 3 independent houses on the same property Fenced pool (3 x 7 m), serviced weekly 3,500 m² wooded garden, swing, ping-pong, barbecue, plancha, Covered terraces, picnic tables 🐩🐈Pets allowed upon request (after prior discussion) 🛏️ Accommodation: 🐑 La Bergerie (main house) – 6 people 1 bedroom (160 cm bed), 1 mezzanine (bed 160), 1 sofa bed (140) Gas stove, oven, dishwasher and all equipment (except microwave) Note that you have to cross the bedroom to access the bathroom and toilet (curtains in the bedroom to separate the bed area from the passage to the bathroom) 🐸 La Maison des Grenouilles – 4 people 1 bedroom (160 cm bed), 1 sofa bed (140) Induction cooktop + oven + dishwasher You have to cross the bedroom to access the bathroom and toilet 👉 Cool in summer, next to the pond (unfenced) – frog song as a bonus 🐦 Le Nid Perché – 4 people Studio: 140 cm bed + 140 cm sofa bed with stunning 180° views of the garden and surrounding countryside, and magnificent glowing sunrises Induction cooktop and dishwasher, beware no microwave. 👉🏻 Very attic bathroom (not ideal for adults) 👉🏻 In summer it can be hot, there is no air conditioning, however you can create a breeze with the fans and windows 📝 Please note: No WIFI or TV, but impeccable mobile network Fans in all houses No microwave, but full kitchen 🐜 Be careful in summer, it happens that with the heat our friends the Insects visit the houses to look for freshness or food! It can therefore happen that there are ants or Ophones: harmless garden insects feeding on plants that appear at nightfall.
