Description

Perched on the hill overlooking Yamba's famous Main Beach, our place is as close to the beach as it comes. Wake up with a smile to uninterrupted views of the sun rising over the ocean. A stone's throw from main beach, the lighthouse, surf club, great coffee and wine bar, the Pacific Hotel and live music. You’ll love my place because of the views, private access to the beach, natural light and openness. The space Recently renovated (excl bathroom) our beachfront apartment is the lower unit in two unit building with separate access. Enjoy the use of a large private deck overlooking Yamba's main beach. There is a path down the side which leads directly to the beach - forget getting in the car! (direct access closed by council works during May 22) Main bedroom has a queen bed and built in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a built in wardrobe. We have Apple TV and a B&O stereo for guest use as well as USB power points in the master and living room. Kitchen brand new appliances including Smeg fridge, oven/stove dishwasher. We also provide ninja bullet, microwave, kettle and toaster. Scanpan saucepans, French press coffee, cheese boards and basic pantry needs. We have a small range of children's books and games and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request. Our bathroom is un-renovated at this stage and not beautiful however the vanity and toilet are new in the last 12 months. Brand new clothes washer and dryer provided. The price is reflective of the un-renovated bathroom. Our deck overlooks Main Beach with a marble dining table for outdoor dining. Suited for families with up to two children - or for couples looking for a quiet weekend away. Max 4 guests. No late night noise will be tolerated. Guest access There are two access entrances on either side of the apartment. For privacy it is preferrable if guests use the left hand side (lighthouse side) entrance to the lower apartment as the preferred entrance to the upper apartment is on the right hand side. Other things to note Your unit is the lower unit. No access to upper level. Guests can park a car in front of the left side garage (lighthouse side) and entrance to the apartment is recommended from this side. If you have more than one vehicle you will need to park the second vehicle on the street. This should not cause concern as there is ample street parking. Registration Details PID-STRA-10243
