Situated in Maryborough, Victoria, the heart of the Central Goldfields, No 44 offers more than a bed. This historic home, provides affordable, comfortable accommodation for everyone. Four large private queen size bedrooms, all with en suite, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, electric blanket for the cold goldfield's winters & ducted heating & cooling. All linen & towels are provided. Your hosts Tony & Anne live on site in a separate part of the house and are available to help when needed. The space This room has windows that over look the rear of house. There is a spacious guest lounge fully equipped with leather lounges, TV, reading material, refrigerator, microwave, tea & coffee making facilities and access to bread, juice, milk, cereal and fruit should you wish to enjoy breakfast onsite. The guest lounge opens onto a shaded front verandah with plenty of room to enjoy the sunset, or anytime of the day. Access to guest rooms is via a separate guest entrance. Each bedroom has individual access keys. Car parking available on and off street Large hedge across front of property offers plenty of privacy
