During your stay After making a reservation, please kindly inform us your arrival time one day in advance before your check in date. We will arrange our staff to welcome you and do the check in procedure. BEFORE ARRIVAL We will send you message to reconfirm reservation and give you all information to help you check-in smoothly. Late check-in : There is no limit in check-in time. You can check-in no matter how late it is. Early check-in: If the room is available we will be pleased to let you check-in early. If the room is not available, we will keep the luggage for you until you return to check-in. Pick-up service/ breakfast/ BBQ service will be arranged if you have request. 2. ARRIVAL Check-in time is 14:00.You can arrive early to drop off your luggage first Early check-in will be arranged subject to availability depending on previous’s guest. The deposit at 100 USD for incidental charges will be collected upon checking in. 3. DURING YOUR STAY We are always available on phone to support you. The only thing you need is call or sending message to us 4. DEPARTURE Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Deposit will be refunded upon checking out. Late check-out: Request of LCO without extra charge will be considered subject to availability depending on coming booking. Incase, we could not arrange LCO, we help to store all your lugguages at our warehouse. Late check-out with charge: If guest requests to ensure 100% for LCO, the additional fee will be applied and need to book in advance. ★BREAKFAST SERVICE AT YOUR VILLA: The Price is NOT INCLUSIVE Breakfast.
