Bright comfortable single room and modern guest bathroom. South facing window looking out on to the village. Carpeted, has wardrobe, bedside cabinet and work area. Breakfast cereals and Tea/Coffee are in the room. Free WiFi, Central Heated. Approximately 5 minutes from North/South motorway links or railway station. Choices of local places to eat and great walks on the canal or to the coast. If you would like alternate check-in or check-out times please contact us. We happily welcome everyone. The space The perfect single room for a working stop-over or break from a longer journey. Recently refurbished with new carpet, wardrobe, cabinet and laptop work desk. Modern, well equipped bathroom has bath/shower with toiletries and towel provided. Very occasionally, our double room will also be booked so the bathroom would then be shared. THIS IS VERY RARE and we would let you know before booking. In the room there are choice of teas and instant coffee, and if you would like fresh coffee we are happy to make one down in the kitchen. For breakfast we provide cereals including our home made granola. The WiFi is free and ample. There is a hairdryer and the room is centrally heated and has a lock for your privacy. During your stay We are very happy to help our guests in any way we can, so if you have any questions please ask. If you need anything when in the house please come and find either Jackie or myself and we'll try to help Other things to note We understand that you may be new to Airbnb and have no reviews, if this is the case and you also have no profile information we are sorry but we may decline your booking. Please message us if this is the case. Parking is usually available right by the house and is free with no restrictions. On the odd occasion when this may not be the case, we have a large space by our double gates which you are free to use.
