Cosy 2Bedroom Unit in Quaint Kolkata Neighborhood

Our cool and comfortable apartment is right in the heart of South Kolkata, in a quintessentially Bengali area and is very well connected . We live just a few flights up. The air-conditioned rooms come with private bathrooms with running hot and cold water , clean towels and other toiletries such as body wash, shampoo , etc. We would be more than happy to show you our beautiful City of Joy . The space This is a very cosy and tastefully done up apartment with great access to the Bus stops , taxi stands , Kalighat Metro is just 10 min away and Ballygunge station . The air-conditioned rooms and the attached bathrooms are spotlessly clean as we have cleaners who come in every day at 9 a.m We provide clean towels and toiletries, wifi, one mineral water bottle per person daily, sumptous breakfast and some really good chai :) . We are walking distance to local hot spots. One block from the Lakes ,restaurants, markets and the shopping district of Gariahat Street parking is free and easy. This is a great place for families and business travelers. No parties allowed. Guest access A key to the house will be provided to guests to come in and leave as you please. We live in the same building. You have access to the entire flat . You are most welcome to join me a few flights up for a cup of coffee and I would b delighted to take you to my terrace garden . Other things to note 1.All additional charges must be payed in cash on a daily basis including airports transfers, laundry etc. 2. For additional meal requests please inform us in advance 3. On arrival we would demonstrate how appliance work , if you have additional queries I am always available to answer them. 4. Breakfast will be served between 0830 - 0930 hours in your room. 5. Primary cleaning of your room is done at 0900 hrs . 6. No Smoking in the room . 7. Please do not bring guests in your room. 8. Please send scanned copies of your passport /visa/OCI or govt approved photo id with address proof at the time of booking or prior to your arrival. 9. We are not here to judge You, but please no Drugs and Alchohol .
