The Purple House - 2 br, deck, views;Long stay

This is a peaceful place, next to the bush, with a large deck which has a great view. It is very relaxing sitting on the sofas on the deck, and taking in the fresh air. This is a 2 br house, with its own front and back door. It is attached to a smaller one bedroom studio, and if there are guests there, the stairs and part of the deck are shared. The property is within a 10 minute walk to a pub and restaurants. There are often kangaroos hopping through, as well as magpies and kookaburras. The space The colours chosen for this house give a sense of tranquility and excitement at the same time. The living area opens onto the deck, which has two sofas undercover, so it is perfect for sitting there, having a cup of tea or a meal, putting your feet up on the sofa, and looking at the tree tops, listening to the birds. The front bedroom has its own sliding door to the deck. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools, a fridge, fast cooking glass electric cooktop and oven. The second bedroom, with a king-size bed, is off the rear hallway, next to the bathroom . An adult can sleep on the sofa in the living area. There is also a queen size mattress available for two guests. There will be bedding supplied for everyone. If the studio next door is not booked, I will be able to accommodate you. OR ALTERNATIVELY, YOU CAN book THE WHOLE PURPLE HOUSE, including the studio with its own spa bath bathroom. Guest access The grounds are large, and guests can use the grass area beyond the driveway, all the way to the outbuildings of the next property, including the grapevine "tunnel". Other things to note When there are guests in the separate Spa suite on the left, there will be minor sound transfer, so it would be appreciated if quiet is kept between 10.30 p.m. and 9 a.m.
