Surrounded by countryside with the beautiful sandy beaches of Bigbury on Sea, Wonnell and Mothecombe nearby. 25 minute drive to Plymouth, 15 minutes to Totnes and around 25 minutes to Salcombe. The space This is a very comfortable and attractive living space and would suit a professional person looking for a room that is a home away from home. It is in the heart of the beautiful South Hams and offers stylish contemporary living in the desirable town of Modbury. Small South facing garden with sunny rooms and safe and secure. Parking available, including locked garage if needed. Modbury has its own Fair which will run from 5th to 13th May with a whole week of activities. This house can also accommodate a couple as the bedroom is a double room with large wardrobe. There is a private bathroom with bath and shower. All facilities available including washing machine, tumble drier, dish washer, ironing facilities, towels and bedding. Guest access Guests can access a shared kitchen and shared living room. During your stay I work from Monday to Thursday so if needed during these hours can be contacted on my mobile if assistance is needed.
