Very nice, cozy and modern townhouse - 120 m2 - (kitchen, bathrooms and terrasses renovated in 2019-2020) located in a very nice community and quiet area. 1 minute walk from the beach, 10 minutes drive to central Marbella and only 30 minutes drive away from the airport. There are plenty of nice restaurants and beach clubs at the beach - all within walking distance. In addition, there are shops and supermarkets nearby and plenty of golf courses. The space This place is perfect for families looking for a quiet and pleasant holiday with everything within walking distance. It is also a perfect place for friends or golfers who would like easy access to the many golf courses around. The large communal swimming pool with a nice garden around (easily accessible from the back terrace) is never crowded. Taxi/Uber is very easy to get and one small supermarket is within walking distance, so it is possible to stay here without a car.
