Quiet & cozy house near Paris

My house is located a 10-minute walk from the La Défense business center, next to the city center of La Garenne-Colombes with all the necessary amenities, very easy access by bus and tram, 10 minutes from the RER and the Paris metro. It is bright, quiet with two small gardens, an equipped kitchen, a games room with a pingpong table, a pool table, two double-bed children's rooms with their own shower room and toilet, and a magnificent master suite. The space You have a kitchen open to the dining room, and a living room where you have a pool table available. For cooking lovers, you have everything you need to cook. On the first floor, you have a room with a 160 double bed as well as a ping pong table. On the other side of the house, on the ground floor, you have a bedroom with a 140 double bed and the master suite with TV and bathroom as well as a small very quiet garden with two deckchairs. In the basement, there are two washing machines, an old dryer available. Three other bedrooms with 160 double beds are on the first floor: The first bedroom is for my older son, who has his shower room and toilet. The second is that of my 13-year-old son with a small shower room with toilet and a last small bedroom with TV. Our house has high ceilings and the living room is very bright and pleasant thanks to the charm of its glass walls, unfortunately although heated and insulated the temperature in winter does not exceed 20.5°, it cannot compete with the thermal comfort of an apartment in town. The entire home is available except for an office room and my dressing room. Guest access You have access to the house and the two exteriors, at the front of the house, you have the terrace area for lunch and the terrace on the side of the master suite, quiet, with its two deckchairs not overlooked. Unfortunately, the house is not wheelchair accessible Details regarding the presence of children (who are welcome!): It is best that children do not have access to the ping-pong room without adult supervision, this room is also my photo studio and the equipment is fragile, moreover it is accessed by a spiral staircase with ramp which therefore requires the attention of parents. - It is also preferable to supervise children in the garden because if it is closed, there is still a cellar descent which can be dangerous.
