The lower level 2 bedroom unit has been newly renovated with a kitchenette and beautiful master bath. It has its own separate entrance. Centrally located, it's 2 miles to the Georgia Aquarium and Mercedes Benz stadium, 12min to Six Flags Amusement Park, and 15min to the ATL airport. The space The space is roughly 900 square feet. Gorgeous master shower and jack & jill sinks. Bathroom accessible through master bedroom. Private entrance to the listing is through the master bedroom. Washer and dryer included in a private laundry room. The kitchenette has basics with a two-iron stove, three-quarter refrigerator, small sink, microwave, etc. There is no oven and no dishwasher. Parking is street parking. The carport is reserved for the upstairs occupants. There is plenty of street parking available in front of the house. Note this is the secondary unit (guest suite apartment) of a home. It is completely private, however, it is on the bottom floor, so you may hear noise from upstairs occupants. We've taken this into consideration in our pricing. Please ensure you’re okay with this set up and can accomodate potential noise transfer. We ask that all tenants be respectful of other guests and keep the noise level down. Absolutely no parties and no smoking are allowed on the property. Drug use or smoking of any kind is prohibited.
