Nin's house is located a short walk from the center of Torbole and Lake Garda and is accessed from the old road that connects the towns of Nago and Torbole in front of the Parco degli Ulivi. The accommodation has independent access, and convenient parking below the house. The space Large, extremely bright and quiet two-room apartment, two balconies and a shared garden shaded by Mediterranean fruit trees and ancient olive trees. A quiet place to relax. From the balconies, you can enjoy an evocative view of the surrounding landscape. Guest access The accommodation is equipped with private outdoor parking for small and medium-sized cars. For large cars, there is public parking within a 5-minute walk. Guests are allowed to use part of the garden in front of the house, a quiet place to relax. Other things to note The third and fourth person sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Both the bed in the room and the sofa bed in the living room are 140 cm wide. There are 3 cats living on the property that DO NOT have access to the area occupied by the guests, but it is not uncommon to encounter them in the common areas (entrance, stairs, and garden).
