Tranquil Countryside Cottage

This cozy one-bedroom cottage is situated on a picturesque hobby farm, 10 minutes from Warrnambool. The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden. The space The fully equipped cottage boasts a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, 4 hot plates, toaster, kettle, and an air frying oven. Tea, coffee, herbal T-bags, and some other basic pantry items are provided. A small food hamper is provided if booking for 5 days or longer. The living area has a dining table and chairs, a sofa, and a TV with access to Netflix. There is a split system air conditioner/ heater to keep you comfortable no matter the weather. In the cooler months, you can switch on the electric blanket. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with all linen and bedding provided. The ensuite includes a spacious shower, hand basin, and toilet. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and a hair straightener are provided for your convenience. Laundry powder is supplied for the washing machine and beach towels are available. Outside in the garden, you will find a gas BBQ and outdoor seating where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There is good phone reception. The cottage has its own driveway and is private from the main house. There is ample free parking. If you are staying with an infant there is a porta cot and change mat available. There are also children's books and toys available.
