The Captain's House - central, quiet & near beach

Beautiful cosy apartment, very bright and nicely decorated and very well equipped, ideal for the 3 people or a family of 3. Right in the heart of the old village but located in one of the most beautiful and quiet corner of old Monterosso called Lerta. You will feel at home and at the same time part of typical village life style! The space Cleaning and sanitizing/disinfect the rooms throughout the apartment are our priorities. The Captain's House is made of 2 roomy bedrooms, 1 with a single bed and 1 with a double king size bed both with terrace view of the old village and both with ceiling fans. The entrance of the apartment is also a lounge with a dining table seating comfortably 6 people, from the entrance you access an open floor kitchen, fully equipped with cooker, oven, dishwasher etc. The bathroom is very comfortable and with a nice shower and ceiling windows which makes it nice and bright! Guest access The apartment will be entirely and exclusively available for the guests. The are no sharing parts with anybody else. This apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility as there is a short slope up to the house and a stair case (see pictures) up to the property. The village of Monterosso is a pedestrian area. If you ARRIVE BY TRAIN, the apartment is an easy 10 minutes walk from Monterosso train station along the sea front. If you ARRIVE BY CAR there is a pay and display car park at the entrance to the village (LORETO PARKING) just 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment, where you can park your car for €25 x day for the first 2 days and then from day 3 onward, €10 per day. Other things to note IMPORTANT: - Check in is between 2.00 pm and 5.30 pm - Check out by 10.00 am on departure date. - For arrivals after 6.00 pm there will be a LATE CHECK-IN fee to to be paid in cash directly to the person waiting for you after working hours. The late check-in fee is: €25 from 6.00 pm - 10.00 pm and €50 after 10 pm to 00.00 (midnight) - Monterosso Council has recently introduced a "Guest Tax" of €2 x Person (for people over the age of 12) for the first 3 days of their stay. The "Guest Tax" can be paid by credit card during FAST CHECK-IN online or paid in cash upon arrival. EXPERIENCES: With prices and quotations to be received via "What's App" or on request directly on arrival you can arrange for you subject to availability: 1) Excursions by private boat (max 6 people) to explore and visit the beautiful corners of the Cinqueterre coastline, the coves, beaches and even caves where you can also snorkel (diving with diving masks) 2) Wine tasting sessions where you can sample the local white wine (Cinqueterre) with its unique taste, as it is influenced by the salty sea air, and also the famous dessert wine Sciacchetrà. 3) Horse Riding or e-bike excursions with a guide on the trails of the 5 Terre (3 - 6 people) 4) Group Kayak Excursions with guide to visit beautiful places and bays not accessible by any other means Registration Details IT011019C2SH5ZZZO2
